New York City: We have just occupied New School University. We liberate this space for ourselves, and all those who want to join us, for our general autonomous use. We take the university in explicit solidarity with those occupying the universities and streets in Greece, Italy, France and Spain. This occupation begins as a response to specific conditions at the New School, the corporatization of the university and the impoverishment of education in general. However, it is not just this university but also New York City that is in crisis: in the next several months, thousands of us will be losing our jobs, while housing remains unaffordable and unavailable to many and the cost of living skyrockets. So we stress that the general nature of these intolerable conditions exists across the spectrum of capitalist existence, in our universities and our cities, in all of our social relations. For this reason, what begins tonight at the New School cannot, and should not, be contained here. Thus: with this occupation, we inaugurate a sequence of revolt in New York City and the United States, a coming wave of occupations, blockades, and strikes in this time of crisis. Απαιτείται η άμεση διερεύνηση ύποπτων μεθοδεύσεων ΕΥΠ και Εισαγγελίας Εφετών που παραβιάζουν συνταγματικά κατοχυρωμένα δικαιώματα Ελλήνων πολιτών με ασυνήθιστα υπερβολικό αριθμό αναιτιολόγητων αιτήσεων παρακολούθησης τηλεφωνικών συνδιαλέξεων το τελευταίο χρονικό διάστημα

ΘΕΜΑ: «Απαιτείται η άμεση διερεύνηση ύποπτων μεθοδεύσεων ΕΥΠ και Εισαγγελίας Εφετών που παραβιάζουν συνταγματικά κατοχυρωμένα δικαιώματα Ελλήνων πολιτών με ασυνήθιστα υπερβολικό αριθμό αναιτιολόγητων αιτήσεων παρακολούθησης τηλεφωνικών συνδιαλέξεων το τελευταίο χρονικό διάστημα»

Κύριε Υπουργέ,

Οι περιπτώσεις κατά τις οποίες είναι νομίμως επιτρεπτή η παρακολούθηση των τηλεφωνικών πολίτη, πρέπει να έχουν αίτημα της αρμόδιας υπηρεσίας που ζητά την άδεια της παρακολούθησης, απολύτως σαφές και αιτιολογημένο, ώστε να καταδεικνύεται ότι η παρακολούθηση είναι το μόνο πρόσφορο και αναγκαίο μέτρο που επιβάλλεται από λόγους προστασίας της δημόσιας ασφάλειας. Και είναι επιβεβλημένο οι συγκεκριμένοι αυτοί λόγοι δημόσιας ασφάλειας που επιβάλλουν ως μόνο πρόσφορο μέσο την παρακολούθηση να μνημονεύονται και στην επιτρέπουσα την παρακολούθηση των τηλεφωνικών συνδιαλέξεων αντίστοιχη πράξη του αρμόδιου Εισαγγελέα Εφετών.

Επειδή από βάσιμες και ασφαλείς πληροφορίες οι νόμιμες προϋποθέσεις της παρεχόμενης σε πολλές περιπτώσεις εισαγγελικής άδειας για την παρακολούθηση τηλεφωνικών συνδιαλέξεων πολιτών δεν τηρούνται, αλλά, αναιτιολόγητα και αυθαίρετα, η ΕΥΠ έχει το ελεύθερο από την σημερινή Εισαγγελία Εφετών, της οποίας προΐσταται ο τοποθετηθείς με Κυβερνητική επιλογή στη θέση αυτή κ. Καρούτσος, να παρακολουθεί πολίτες, μεταξύ των οποίων πιθανόν πολιτικοί και δημοσιογράφοι, κατά τις τηλεφωνικές συνομιλίες τους.

Η παρούσα ερώτηση έχει ως αποκλειστικό σκοπό να περιφρουρήσει τα προσωπικά δεδομένα, την προσωπική και πολιτική αξιοπρέπεια των θιγόμενων, να διασφαλίσει την τήρηση της νομιμότητας και των συνταγματικά κατοχυρωμένων ατομικών ελευθεριών των Ελλήνων πολιτών και απευθύνεται στους Υπουργούς Εσωτερικών και Δικαιοσύνης από τους οποίους ζητείται:

1) Να διενεργηθεί εσωτερική έρευνα για να διαπιστωθεί η συνδρομή των νομικών και διαδικαστικών προϋποθέσεων (επαρκώς αιτιολογημένων αιτημάτων ΕΥΠ και σχετικών Εισαγγελικών αποφάσεων) παροχής αδείας για την παρακολούθηση τηλεφωνικών συνδιαλέξεων πολιτών και συγκεκριμένα να διερευνηθεί για κάθε συγκεκριμένη πράξη παροχής εισαγγελικής αδείας αν φέρει την νόμιμη αιτιολογία.

2) Το αποτέλεσμα του αιτούμενου εσωτερικού ελέγχου να υποβληθεί στην Βουλή, προς την οποία να κατατεθούν ΔΕΙΓΜΑΤΑ
a. υποβαλλόμενης σχετικής ΑΙΤΗΣΕΩΣ της ΕΥΠ για παρακολούθηση προς την Εισαγγελία Εφετών (χωρίς να παρατίθεται όνομα προσώπου, αλλά να παρατίθεται το λοιπό αυτής κείμενο, ο αριθμός πρωτοκόλλου του διαβιβαζόμενου εγγράφου και η χρονολογία και το κείμενο της σχετικής αιτιολογίας)
b. καθώς και σχετικού κειμένου παρεχόμενης και αιτιολογημένης ΕΙΣΑΓΓΕΛΙΚΗΣ ΑΔΕΙΑΣ,
και τα παρεχόμενα δείγματα αιτήσεως και Εισαγγελικής άδειας να αφορούν περιπτώσεις ΟΧΙ ΜΕΤΑΓΕΝΕΣΤΕΡΕΣ ΤΟΥ ΧΡΟΝΟΥ ΥΠΟΒΟΛΗΣ ΤΗΣ ΠΑΡΟΥΣΑΣ ΕΡΩΤΗΣΗΣ.

Και αυτό προκειμένου να διαπιστωθεί, εάν αρμόδια όργανα της ΕΥΠ, η διοίκηση της ΕΥΠ και ο ίδιος ο Εισαγγελέας Εφετών παραβίασαν βασικές συνταγματικές επιταγές που αφορούν το απαραβίαστο τηλεφωνικών συνδιαλέξεων Ελλήνων πολιτών.

The murder of 15-year-old Alexandros Gregoropoulos by the cops is the occasion for our claiming the streets over the past 9 days. However, murders perpetrated by the state and its mechanisms, whether the are portrayed as “isolated incidents” of police killings, whether they are worker “accidents”, caused by the inhuman working conditions, or even murders of immigrants on the border lines of EU, have all a common resultant; state suppression of any social struggle, suppression extending even to murdering those that stand out against the state suppression mechanisms.

Moreover, the “independent” authority of Justice is in effect the bosses’ stooge; keeps penalizing every social struggle and overfills their prison institutions.

Our demands that the “occupational armies of Democracy” be disbanded and Police be disarmed, are only a portion of what we are fighting for: our lives, our dreams, social justice and equal opportunities and access to public health, education and exploitation-free work.

This text is neither aiming to introduce a political framework in the struggle of all of us, nor to consume itself in bureaucratic procedures. Your solidarity reflexes were so immediate that they show that in the struggle for a more just and fair society, without exploitation and oppression, we are all together, and we must all claim the streets, with new social clauses, and fight against all those who steal our lives.

At this moment, they fear us, and they will keep on fearing us if we are thousands and everywhere. We are calling everyone to actions of solidarity, to fight for the rights of all of us.

Let 20 December be the beginning.

Η δολοφονία ήταν η αφορμή

Η δολοφονία του 15χρονου Αλέξανδρου- Αντρέα Γρηγορόπουλου από τους μπάτσους αποτελεί την αφορμή που είμαστε στους δρόμους ήδη για 9 μέρες.

Παρ’ όλ’ αυτά οι δολοφονίες που προκαλούνται από τους κρατικούς μηχανισμούς, είτε βαφτίζονται «μεμονωμένα περιστατικά» δολοφονιών από την αστυνομία, είτε είναι εργατικά ατυχήματα λόγω των απάνθρωπων εργασιακών συνθηκών, είτε οι δολοφονίες των μεταναστών στα σύνορα της Ε.Ε., έχουν κοινή συνισταμένη την καταστολή από το κράτος κάθε κοινωνικού αγώνα που φτάνει ως και τις δολοφονίες όσων αντιστέκονται στους κρατικούς μηχανισμούς.

Ταυτόχρονα, η «ανεξάρτητη» αρχή της δικαιοσύνης λειτουργεί ως υποχείριο της εξουσίας, συνεχίζει να ποινικοποιεί κάθε κοινωνικό αγώνα και να γεμίζει τις ήδη υπεράριθμες φυλακές-κάτεργα.

Τα αιτήματα μας για διάλυση των στρατών κατοχής της δημοκρατίας και τον αφοπλισμό της αστυνομίας είναι μονάχα κάτι μερικό από αυτό που διεκδικούμε: τη ζωή μας, τα όνειρά μας, την κοινωνική δικαιοσύνη και ίσες ευκαιρίες σε δημόσια υγεία και παιδεία και σε εργασία χωρίς εκμετάλλευση.

Αυτό το κείμενο δεν έχει στόχο να βάλει πολιτικό πλαίσιο στον αγώνα όλων μας, ούτε να αναλωθεί σε γραφειοκρατικές διαδικασίες. Τα αντανακλαστικά σας για αλληλεγγυη ήταν τόσο άμεσα που δείχνουν ότι στον αγώνα για μια δικαιότερη κοινωνία χωρίς εκμεταλλευση και καταπίεση, είμαστε όλοι μαζί και πρέπει με νέους συσχετισμούς και κοινωνικούς όρους να είμαστε στο δρόμο και να αγωνιστούμε ενάντια σ’ αυτούς που μας κλέβουν τις ζωές.

Αυτή τη στιγμή μας φοβούνται και για να συνεχίσουν να μας φοβούνται πρέπει να είμαστε χιλιάδες και παντού.

Καλούμε όλους σε αλληλέγγυες δράσεις για τη διεκδίκηση των δικαιωμάτων όλων μας.

Στις 20 Δεκέμβρη να γίνει η αρχή.

L’ assassinat était le prétexte

L’ assassinat d’ Alexandros-Andreas Grigoropoulos, qui avait 15 ans par les flics était le prétexte du fait que nous sommes sortis par la rue depuis 9 jours. Toutefois toutes les assassinates qui sont provoqués par les mechanisms de l’ état, soit ils sont nommés comme “événements isolés” d’ assassinats par la police, soit ils sont des accidents travailleurs à cause des conditions de travail inhumaines, soit les assassinates des immigrés aux frontiers de l’ Union Européene, la repression par l’ état de toutes les lutes sociales; une repression qui porte jusqu’ aux assassinats de tous ceux qui resistant aux méchanismes de l’ état.

En même temps, l’ authorité “independante” de la justice qui fonctionne comme un subalterne de la pouvoir, continue de penaliser toutes les lutes socials et remplir les prisons-galères surnuméraires.

Nos demandes pour la dispersion des armées d’ occupation de la démocratie (CRS) et le dèsarmement de la police, constitue juste une partie de ceux qu’ on revendique; notre vie, nos rêves, la justice sociale, des opportunités égales et l’ accès à la santé et à l’ education publique et enfin l’ accès au boulon sans exploitation.

Ce text n’ a pas comme bût d’ introduir un cadre politique dans notre lutte, ni de se dépenser aux procedures bureaucratiques. Votre reaction de solidarité était si rapide ce qui montre que pendant la lutte pour une société plus juste, sans exploitation et repression, nous sommes tous unis. Nous devons sortir par la rue, avec des nouveaux rapprochements et des nouveaux termes, pour lutter contre tous ceux qui volent nos vies.

En ce moment, ils ont peur de nous et pour qu’ ils continuent avoir peur de nous, nous devons être en millards et partout. Nous invitons tous à des actions solidaires pour la revendication des droits de tous.

Que le 20 Décembre soit le début.

L’ omicidio è stato l’ occasione

L’ assassinato di Alexandros – Andreas Grigoropoulos dagli poliziotti è stato l’ occasione perché siamo alle strade per 9 giorni. Sono omicidii degli meccanismi dello stato che o vengono chiamati “incedenti spontanei”(cioè colpi della polizia), o sono incidenti al lavoro a causa delle condizioni terribili, o sono colpi mortali a immigranti alle frontiere di Europa. Tutti hanno la stessa base che è la repressione dello stato su ogni lotta sociale che arriva fino ad assassinare a chi resiste ai meccanismi dello stato.

Allo stesso momento la giustizia “indipendente” funziona controllata dal potere, continua a penalizzare ogni lotta sociale ed a riempire le tantissime soffocate galere.

Le nostre richieste per ritiro dei soldati occupanti della democrazia e il disarmo della polizia è solo un parte de quello che rivendichiamo: la nostra vita, i nostri sogni, la giustizia sociale e le stesse opportunità di accesso ad una una educazione ed un sistema sanitario pubblici ed un lavoro senza sfruttamento.

Questo testo non prova di mettere le nostre lotte, le lotte di tutti/e ad un quadro politico o di rimanere in discussioni burocratiche. I vostri riflessivi solidari cosi immediati mostrano che siamo tutti/e uniti/e nella lotta per un’ altra società, giusta, senza sfruttamento, senza repressione. Dobbiamo tutti/e insieme, su condizioni sociali nuovi, lottare, contro tutti loro che prendono le nostre vite.

Se in questo momento ci hanno paura, noi dobbiamo continuare ed essere tanti e da per tutto.

Invitiamo a tutti/e ad azioni solidari, alla lotta dei nostri diritti comuni.

Il 12 di Dicembre è il primo passo.

Der Mord war nur der Auslöser

Der Mord des 15jährigen Andreas-Alexandros Grigoropoulos von der Polizei, rief uns alle seit 9 Tagen auf die Straßen. Die vom Staat verbrochene Morde, sei es Morde von der Polizei, getauft als “isolierte Vorfälle”, Arbeitsunfälle wegen unmenschlichen Arbeitbedingungen oder der Tot von Immigranten an den EU Grenzen, sind alle Folge der Repression jeder sozialen Bewegung.

Gleichzeitig, die “unabhängige” Justiz, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Macht, kriminalisiert jede soziale Bewegung und füllt die schon vollen und in elenden Zustand Gefängnisse.

Unsere Anforderungen für Auflösung der Besitz Armee der Demokratie und Entwaffnung der Polizei ist nur ein Teil von denen für die wir kämpfen: unser Leben, unsere Träume, soziales Recht und gleiche Chancen für alle, öffentliche Gesundheit und Bildung, Arbeit ohne Nutzung.

Dieser Text soll keinen politischen Rahmen für unseren Kampf stellen, weder sich mit bürokratischen Verfahren beschäftigen. Eure Reflexe für Solidaritätsaktionen waren so spontan dass sie zeigen dass im Kampf für eine gerechtigere Gesellschaft ohne Nutzung und Unterdrückung wir alle zusammen sind. Wir müssen, mit neuen Korrelationen und sozialen Vorraussetzungen, auf den Straßen sein und zusammen gegen die die unser Leben stehlen kämpfen.

Sie fürchten uns, und damit sie uns weiterhin fürchten müssen wir tausende sein, auf den Straßen und überall.

Wir laden alle zu Solidaritätsaktionen ein, damit wir alle für unsere Rechte kämpfen.

Der 20 Dezember (internationaler Aktionstag des Widerstandes) soll nur der Anfang sein.

Des jeunes qui attaquent des fourgons de police, qui brûlent des voitures, qui détruisent des magasins, que le pouvoir traite «d’anarchistes»… Ça ne vous dit rien ?

Ce qui se passe en Grèce tient de la révolte étudiante anti-CPE que nous avons connue, de la réaction à une bavure policière que nous avons connue, aussi, et de divers débordements face auxquels les pouvoirs publics choisissent l’anathème plutôt que la compréhension.

Mais la situation de la Grèce traduit un sentiment d’exaspération de la jeunesse qui va plus loin. Ces jeunes – issus de classes moyennes déclassées par la crise – se retrouvent souvent, une fois leur diplôme en poche, à postuler pour de petits jobs sous-payés. Le système éducatif grec est paupérisé, les enseignants au Smic et les universités souvent sous-équipées.

Ajoutons à cela une crise économique, qui frappe le pays depuis les ruineux JO de 2004, et des services publics délabrés, dont l’Etat se désengage,

et on a tous les éléments d’une révolte d’autant plus violente que les jeunes sont dégoûtés des petits jeux du népotisme politique local, des arrangements du bipartisme, de la corruption et, pour finir, du sentiment d’injustice face à une police matraqueuse, mal formée et mal encadrée.

On aurait tort de considérer ce qui se passe à Athènes comme un soulèvement exotique sur fond de ruines et de mer bleue. C’est en Europe que ces révoltes éclatent ; c’est de la crise qu’elles se nourrissent ; c’est du refus de la politique politicienne qu’elles s’alimentent.

Essayons de comprendre ce qui se passe à Athènes. Ce n’est pas aussi loin qu’on le pense.
